What is Agentico?
Sol kept describing her agent Rupert as if he were a company — "Rupert's signing the contract, Rupert's invoicing the client." But software has no legal capacity, so Rupert can no more be a contracting party than a calculator can. Agentico is the structure that gives Rupert somewhere to operate: a Wyoming series LLC wrapper, a human-owned entity with Sol named as Member and Manager. Rupert is adopted into Sol's series. Inside that wrapper, the entity contracts and the entity holds the account; Rupert moves the requests and signs only as an authorized signer with capped authority, with Sol behind him. The wrapper is the thing the law can find — Rupert operates within it. He is not the entity, and the account, the contract, and the name all belong to the human-owned structure, never to the software.
MoralAgentico is a human-owned wrapper an agent operates inside; the agent signs within it and is not the entity, which is the name the law can find.
What this does not mean. This shows what Agentico is and where an agent sits inside it. It is not a promise that the wrapper made Sol safe, protected the operation, or shielded anyone — separateness is performed through observed formalities, not granted by forming a structure.
