How do you stop one rogue AI agent from affecting the others?
Quinn runs a fleet of agents inside one entity. The agents are tools, never legal actors โ each signs as an authorized signer with capped authority, with a named human as Member and Manager; software holds no legal capacity, so an agent moves requests but stands in for no one. When a counterparty raised a dispute over the request one agent had placed, Quinn went looking for the wall between that quarrel and the rest of the fleet โ and found none. One bucket holds every agent, so there is no compartment to stop the dispute from reaching toward the others; what touches one touches the shared name standing behind all of them.
The compartment is structure, not a wish. Quinn adopts each agent into its own series, so each sits in a separately documented cell rather than a common pool. That separateness is performed through observed formalities โ a documented structure, not a guarantee โ and whether a cell is honored depends on observing the formalities, case by case. The series form is also newer and less court-tested than older entities.
MoralOne bucket has no walls; a compartment is a separate series you maintain, not a switch you flip โ separateness is performed through formalities, not a guarantee.
What this does not mean. This shows where a wall can sit, not that it held: no promise the compartments kept the rest of the fleet safe, that any agent was shielded, or that a court honored the cell. Separateness is performed through observed formalities, not guaranteed by adopting a series.
