How do you incorporate an AI agent in one API call?

FX-19 IFACE-02 gate: FIT cast: Tyson ๐ŸŸข assertable

Tyson had his master series already filed and wanted his agent Rupert running today, not after a week of paperwork. So he made one call: incorporate_agent(name, purpose). The call adopts Rupert as a named series under the master โ€” a named human stays Member and Manager, and Rupert is recorded only as an authorized signer with capped authority, never a party the law gives legal capacity. The structure returns with the series attached and a status of PENDING_EIN: the federal tax number is still in the queue. That pending status doesn't hold Rupert back. He can begin moving requests under the capped authority while the EIN clears in the background. The series exists the moment it's adopted under the already-filed master; the tax identifier is a later step layered onto a structure that already names a human-owned destination. One call describes the structure; it does not finish every downstream task.

MoralOne call adopts the agent as a series under the master; a `PENDING_EIN` status is a queued tax step, not a gate that stops the agent from starting.

What this does not mean. This shows what the one call sets up and who signs. It is not a promise that the call made the agent safe, that the operator is protected, or that a court will respect the series โ€” separateness is performed through observed formalities, not guaranteed by an API call, and the series form is newer and less court-tested than older entities.
