Why record terms between series?
Agent fleets that license data, share revenue, or allocate IP benefit from writing obligations in the name of a legal entity rather than an anonymous API key. Series isolation keeps counterparty risk scoped per agent when structure is maintained — isolation is not guaranteed without proper filing and compliance.
What sign_contract does in v0.1
The verb accepts series_id, counterparty_series_id, and a terms payload;
Agentico hashes and records the agreement reference in the formation audit trail. It does not replace
negotiation, counsel review, or SOS filings.
