Why Wyoming for AI agent Series LLCs?

Wyoming is Agentico's domicile state: a mature Series LLC statute, low filing and annual fees, strong privacy, and no Wyoming state income tax on typical out-of-state LLC income. Every agent is adopted as a series under one master Wyoming Series LLC.

When Wyoming fits

When another state may still matter

Why Wyoming for agent fleets

Wyoming allows a master Series LLC with internally designated series, each with segregated assets and liabilities when maintained correctly. That maps cleanly to one commercial agent per series without filing a new public LLC for every agent.

Agentico's v0.1 product adopts that structure programmatically: `establish_master`, then `incorporate_agent` / `spawn_subsidiary` return governing and formation `docs[]` with named `human_approval`.

What Wyoming does not solve alone

Domiciling in Wyoming does not eliminate the need to foreign-qualify or comply in states where you have real operations. Customers still open US bank accounts customer-led and handle EIN steps per runbook.
