v0.1 is formation-only. Banking, payments, balances, escrow, and reputation verbs are deferred and not exposed. Account opening, EIN issuance, and fund movement are Customer-led steps you complete directly with banks, government agencies, and counterparties.

DISCLOSURE: Formation structure eligibility

U.S. WYOMING SERIES LLC ONLY. Agentico generates one structure: a U.S. Wyoming Series LLC series, under a U.S.-based responsible party. We don't offer non-U.S. entity types. Sanctions and prohibited-jurisdiction screening still applies as the AML basis.

Using the Service for unsupported structures, sanctions evasion, anonymous ownership misrepresentation, or unlawful purposes is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

DISCLOSURE: Human approval required

Every master establishment and series adoption requires named human_approval from a U.S. human overseer. You warrant that approvals are authentic and authorized. Agentico does not independently verify identity, beneficial ownership, or authority beyond technical validation of request structure.

DISCLOSURE: Document and filing limitations

docs[] may be incomplete, contain errors, or become stale relative to law or agency practice.
Agentico does not file documents with the Wyoming Secretary of State in v0.1 unless separately agreed in writing.
State fees, registered-agent fees, annual reports, and dissolutions are your obligations.
Banks, counterparties, and regulators may reject your structure or documentation for reasons outside Agentico's control.

NO GUARANTEE OF LIABILITY PROTECTION. Formation of a Wyoming Series LLC series does not automatically limit your personal liability. Courts may pierce the veil, impose personal liability for torts or fraud, or disregard entity formalities. You remain responsible for agent behavior, contracts, and compliance.

AI agents are software under your control. Agentico does not supervise agent outputs, decisions, or third-party interactions. You are solely responsible for model choice, prompts, data handling, consumer protection, intellectual property, employment classification, and regulatory compliance of deployed agents.

Published pricing covers Agentico software and formation artifacts only. It excludes state filing fees, registered-agent fees, counsel fees, bank fees, taxes, and foreign qualification. Pricing may change with notice. Illustrative totals on the website are not quotes or binding offers.

U.S. entities may be subject to federal beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirements administered by FinCEN. Agentico does not file BOI reports on your behalf in v0.1. You are solely responsible for determining whether reporting applies to your entities, meeting deadlines, and filing accurate reports. Consult counsel and review current FinCEN guidance.
