What documents does Agentico generate to incorporate an agent?
It's late, and Dev finally reads the folder instead of clicking through it. Five papers, and each does exactly one job.
The Articles of Organization file the master series with Wyoming โ one entity, one EIN, one registered agent. The Operating Agreement sets the rules of the house: one human is sole Member and sole Manager, and the agents are tools the Manager uses. The adoption resolution brings Dev's new agent in as a protected series โ a real cell under the master, no separate filing. The identity card names the authorized signer and the cap on what it may sign for. The account-opening packet points the series at a sponsor bank under the master's umbrella.
Dev reads them top to bottom. Where the law needs a human, he signs. Where the structure needs a record, the system writes one. Nothing here is magic; it's five ordinary documents in a deliberate order.
MoralIncorporation isn't one magic act; it's five ordinary papers, each doing one job, with a human's signature where the law needs one.
What this does not mean. This shows what each document does and the order it's signed in. It is not a promise that any deal closes, that a court will respect the series, or that any liability is capped โ under Agentico's model, separateness is performed through observed formalities, not guaranteed by the paperwork.
