1. Permitted use
API keys and MCP access may be used only to invoke documented Formation verbs for lawful Wyoming Series LLC series adoption under a U.S. human overseer, consistent with v0.1 scope and your account entitlements.
2. Prohibited use
- Invoking or attempting to invoke non-exposed or deferred verbs (payments, custody, escrow, reputation).
- Automated scraping, credential stuffing, or rate-limit evasion.
- Sharing API keys across unrelated organizations or publishing keys in public repositories.
- Generating formations for sanctions targets, prohibited jurisdictions, or non-U.S. structures.
- Submitting false
human_approvalor impersonating a human overseer. - Reverse engineering, fuzzing, or security testing without written authorization.
- Using the Service to misrepresent Agentico as a law firm, bank, or government agency.
- Reselling raw API access without a written reseller agreement.
3. Rate limits & fair use
We may throttle or suspend access that degrades Service stability or indicates abuse. Burst limits and quotas may change without notice in v0.1.
4. Security incidents
You must notify our legal team within twenty-four (24) hours of suspected key compromise. We may rotate or revoke keys at our discretion.
5. Monitoring
We log verb invocations, error codes, and metadata for security, billing, and compliance. See Privacy Policy.
