1. Fees
Published pricing covers Agentico software and formation artifacts only. It excludes Wyoming state filing fees, registered-agent fees, counsel fees, bank fees, taxes, and third-party costs. We may change prices with notice on the Service.
2. Billing authorization
By providing a payment method, you authorize Agentico and its payment processors to charge applicable fees, including recurring per-series fees, taxes where required, and any disclosed installment or renewal amounts. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.
3. Refunds
FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE once a Formation verb has been successfully invoked for your account or series, except where required by applicable law, where Agentico fails to return any docs[] due to platform error within seventy-two (72) hours of a support ticket, or as stated in a written enterprise agreement signed by Agentico.
If you dispute a charge, contact our legal team before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks without good-faith resolution efforts may result in account suspension pending investigation.
4. Abandoned orders
If you initiate a paid formation workflow but fail to provide information necessary to complete it within one hundred twenty (120) days, we may cancel the order as abandoned. For abandoned paid orders where we have incurred non-recoverable costs, we may retain amounts paid up to our actual, non-recoverable costs of servicing the order; any excess is refunded. Where law grants you a refund or cancellation right, that right controls.
5. Suspension for non-payment
We may suspend API/MCP access and account features for overdue balances. Suspension does not relieve you of payment obligations or ongoing Customer-led compliance duties for entities already formed.
6. Taxes
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes associated with your purchase, excluding taxes based on Agentico's net income.
7. Automatic renewal & how to cancel
The per-series fee is a subscription that renews automatically. Unless you cancel, your base series renews every month and your payment method is charged the per-series monthly price shown at checkout (the one-time master setup fee is not recurring). Renewal continues until you cancel. We may change prices with advance notice on the Service before the change takes effect; the price in effect when a renewal term begins applies to that term.
You can cancel at any time, with no fee to cancel, from your account: sign in and open Manage billing & cancel to reach the Stripe billing portal, where you cancel the subscription yourself. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged (see §3).
