1. E-SIGN Act consent
YOU CONSENT TO RECEIVE RECORDS ELECTRONICALLY and to use electronic signatures in connection with the Service, to the extent permitted by the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state UETA laws.
You may withdraw consent to electronic records where not yet filed by contacting our legal team before documents are submitted to any government authority.
2. Electronic signature authorization
When you check consent boxes at signup or checkout, you authorize Agentico to record your electronic acceptance of account terms and internal service records only. Agentico does not affix your signature to Wyoming Secretary of State filings or other government submissions in v0.1. Any signature on formation templates you choose to file is your act after counsel review.
3. Future filing authority (if enabled)
If Agentico or a designated provider offers to file documents with the Wyoming Secretary of State, obtain an EIN, or appoint a registered agent on your behalf in a future release or written engagement, you additionally authorize Agentico and its providers to:
- execute and submit formation documents based on information you provide;
- act as authorized person or incorporator where permitted by law;
- apply for an EIN with the IRS using your provided information; and
- appoint or maintain a registered agent as required by Wyoming law.
v0.1 DEFAULT: Unless a separate signed filing engagement exists, you file documents yourself (Customer-led steps).
4. Sensitive information in formation packets
Formation workflows may require sharing sensitive information (ownership, tax identifiers, officer roles) among signers you designate. You are responsible for limiting distribution to authorized parties.
5. Hardware & software requirements
To access electronic records you need a device with internet access, a current browser, and an email account. You may request paper copies where we are legally required to provide them.
