Why series instead of one LLC per agent?
Filing a standalone LLC for every agent multiplies state fees and operating overhead. A Wyoming Series LLC master can designate new series with per-series records — useful when you run a fleet of commercial agents and want separation without a new SOS filing each time.
How MCP fits
Agentico exposes formation as frozen verbs over the Model Context Protocol and
@agentico/sdk: establish_master, incorporate_agent,
sign_contract, spawn_subsidiary, wind_down. Every adopt
requires named human_approval from a U.S. human overseer.
